Owner, Kate (Moss) DeGraff, and her husband, Brad DeGraff, are thrilled to announce that they will host commercial space, as well as residential lofts and apartments. All brand new, and ready for occupancy when complete. The proposed project will take place on the 9th block of Main Street in Joplin, MO. The addresses are: 906 Main Street, 912 Main Street, and 914 Main Street. Kate is a Joplin native, and Founder & CEO of KM Guru Marketing. She has a vision for downtown Joplin, and is excited to watch all the growth that is coming in the few years ahead. With the new construction, DeGraff plans to build two buildings with a large courtyard where people can gather in between.
